Govt likely to underspend dev budget

HIMALAYAN NEWS SERVICE KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Local Development is unlikely to spend more that 80 per cent of development budget allotted to it due to untimely transfer of key local officials, as the fiscal year draws to a close.
