(250604) -- HANOI, June 4, 2025 (Xinhua) -- A man carries a child in his arm in Hanoi, capital of Vietnam, June 4, 2025. The Vietnamese National Assembly on Tuesday approved amendments to the Population Ordinance, removing the regulation that limited families to one or two children, Vietnam News Agency reported.
